Sales and Shipping

All sales are final.

At this time I am unable to accept returns or exchanges, however for items arriving damaged due to shipping please get in contact via email within 3 days of receiving the damaged order. In some cases a refund or replacement may be sent. I do my best to package your order so it will arrive safely however ceramics are extremely fragile. Once it is shipped it is out of my hands.

Please inspect your order carefully once it arrives. Piton Pottery will not refund due to breakages if you fail to notify us within 3 days of delivery. 

Please note the original shipping and return shipping costs are not reimbursed. 

If your package appears to be lost or stolen it is the carrier service's responsibility for it's safe delivery. If your tracking states the item has been delivered but is not at your residence please first check that the shipping address entered is correct. Contact the carrier service with your tracking number and check with your local Post Office. It is your responsibility as the buyer to notify the carrier service of lost or stolen packages. Piton Pottery does not refund for lost or stolen packages. 

Please read item descriptions and understand that the nature of handmade ceramics may have slight differences than what is pictured. If you have questions about any piece please send an email and I'll do my best to supply the information you are inquiring about. I inspect all my pieces before listing them online and before they are shipped to insure the best quality, however I am only one person so if you feel there has been an error please get in contact via email at pitonpottery@gmail.com


Please allow for a minimum of 8-10 business days prior to your order shipping from Canada. The processing and shipping of orders happens directly after the most recent online shop launch is closed. Orders placed during and directly following a launch date will be processed and shipped in the 1-2 weeks after the online store has been closed. Orders will be processed/shipped in the order they were received. If you have concerns about receiving your package by a certain date please feel free to email me through the contact page and we'll try to accommodate your timeline but cannot guarantee it's arrival time.

Piton Pottery is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

Local Pick-Up/Delivery:

We're offering local delivery to Pemberton, orders will be dropped off discreetly to your doorstep or porch on the week following the shop launch (April 17-21). Please select the "Local Delivery - Pemberton" during checkout to have your item delivered instead of shipped. We will not be making individually scheduled delivery times, but will notify you when your order has been delivered. 

At this time we are not offering local pick up options but hope to in the future. After future shop launches we will ideally schedule one weekend day to organize local pick ups in Pemberton town. The pick up time and location will be made clear before the online shop launches, please only select the pick up option if you can ensure you can pick up your order during the designated time slot. Please bring your order confirmation or leave a note with your order if another person is going to be picking it up.
