General Care Instructions:

All works are made from medium temperature, commercial clay sourced in western Canada. They are stoneware, fired to cone 6 in electric oxidation with lead-free, food safe glazes unless otherwise stated. Most items are dishwasher and microwave safe, unless otherwise stated. To prolong the longevity of handmade pottery it is best practice to hand-wash. To avoid thermal shock refrain from exposing your wares to extreme temperature changes like freezing and/or boiling. 

Piton Pottery will not refund for any breakage once the item is in your possession. Piton Pottery is not responsible for any resulted damage or injury due to normal or misuse of pottery.

Care for your Oil Spout: 

These are the very best pour spouts in the industry. They will not corrode or rust over time. Made of 304 18/8 stainless steel and welded together with a self closing weighted flap. The black poly cork is made of EVA food grade material. The corks will not break and have pliable fins to easily insert and remove from bottles. They can be washed and reused. Run the fins under hot water, then cold, about 30 seconds each to reset the fins.
