Returns / Exchanges:

All sales are final.

At this time I am unable to accept returns or exchanges, however for items arriving damaged please get in contact and we may be able to make a claim with the shipping provider.

Please note Original shipping and return shipping are not reimbursed.

Please read item descriptions and understand that the nature of handmade ceramics may have slight differences than what is pictured. If you have questions about any piece please send an email and I'll do my best to supply the information you are inquiring about. I inspect all my pieces before listing them online and before they are shipped to insure the best quality, however I am only one person running my entire business so if you feel there has been an error please get in contact via email at pitonpottery@gmail.com

 

Shipping:

Please allow for a minimum of 3 business days prior to your order shipping from Canada.

Piton Pottery is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

 

Care Instructions:

All works are made from medium temperature, commercial clay sourced in western Canada. They are stoneware, fired to cone 6 in electric oxidation with food safe glazes unless otherwise stated. Most items are dishwasher and microwave safe, unless otherwise stated, but to prolong the life span of handmade pottery it is best practice to hand-wash.
